Whole Pig Caterer's in the Wine Country?

Good afternoon,

We are throwing a casual rehearsal dinner for 80-100 and are looking for a caterer who does whole roast pigs. We are open to serving them in either a traditional BBQ set up (BBQ Sauce, cole slaw, corn bread, etc.) or with a Latin set up (tortillas, salsa, etc.). The event is in St Helena.

    1. Where in St. Helena? If a winery, they may know of someone already.

      Also, I would call the Fatted Calf; while I don't think they do the catering themselves, they provide enough pigs to the wineries in the valley to be able to tell you does.
