Sign up and construction apparently in progress for this place on 69th Street. Anybody know if it's at all related to the well-regarded Baltimore place of the same name?
Also in Maspeth, O'Neill's burned down a few nights back. Perhaps the worst tragedy since they killed Tupac.

it has been loking this way for a while? looks like the construction has stoped. I thought the guy who owns isabella's ice cream store (by 69th st beer distibutor) owned it but when I asked him he said no he has nothing to do with it. And yes it is a shame that O'Neils is gone but George said he wants to rebuild...
