just thought of something

my friend helped me book the reso because she speaks french, they told me 8pm was our seating time

from reading the boards i thought they sat at 730 and 930

should i call again to confirm?

When you get to Paris l would walk over or phone to reconfirm for safety's sake. Time not a problem

how close to the reservation date should i reconfirm, most places told me a few days, but it would be easier to confirm while i am still in the States a week or two ahead of time

I seldom reconfirm, but if they ask you to, then 1 week.

Wednesday: Dinner - the fat duck guy'snew resto - couldnt get the fat duck reso :( 50 mins of dialing overseas number at 2am too! I am still bitter heh
Thursday: Traditional Tea @ Browns and Wicked the play
Friday: St Johns for dinner and Purl Bar for drinks after

for Paris:

Sat: L'Ami Jean
Sun: Le Cinq
Monday: Chez Dumonet - have the 730 seating but thinking about calling and changing it to 930 - that just seems so late...
Tuesday: Frenchie

For Amboise:

Wednesday: Le Pavillon
Thursday: L' Epicerie - if we are still alive after wine tasting all day :)

For Amsterdam

Friday: De Kas
