Good luck to them, seems to me it might be fun to see how other cities do their food trucks, and getting their 15 minutes of fame. It seems like they have been to las vegas and denver so far.

Good luck to them. I too find it puzzling when they really just opened and are trying to get famous nationally before they even establish themselves here, kind of doing it in reverse IMO. I also find it irritating when people self-describe their product as "gourmet." It's grilled cheese, it's familiar and gimmicky, but I found it rather expensive and ultimately not very good.

It's similar to the craft beer method of marketing by attending beerfests held in markets that brewers have no intention of ever entering in hopes that the rest of the country wants their beer so much that their locals might finally wake up to how good their local beer is. ;-)
