Fine dining in Shreveport/Bossier City?

I'm looking for a fine dining restaurant in Shreveport/Bossier City - somewhere close to the Boardwalk would be nice but not necessary. Steak, italian...any cuisine is fine...mainly I'm interested in a well-prepared meal in a nice setting with good service. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I'll have to try that one next time. This time we only made it to the Boomtown buffet (very poor selection), and the Horseshoe buffet (excellent value for money and great service).
