Hi Where can I buy "dry" scallops in Philadelphia? Thanks, Connie

      Seafood Unlimited (270 s. 20th) has amazing big, sweet dry scallops. It's both a restaurant and a fish market.

          if you mean 'dry-packed' scallops, i believe whole foods scallops are all dry-packed. you can just ask them to make sure. also, the lancaster farmer's market in wayne also sells dry-packed scallops.

              +1 for Ippy's. I think they also carry dry at the seafood place in the Reading Terminal closest to Downtown Diner
