baking classes

This might be a little off topic for this board, but I thought this group would have some good ideas.

What's a good place for one day baking classes? It's for a gift. I'm pretty flexible on what type of class - pastry, cookies, general interest, etc - as long as it's not cupcake specific. :)

        Agree. I took the multi-week pastry technique series designed by Nick Malgieri when it was still called Peter Kump's Cooking School. Many years later I refer frequently to my binder of recipes and notes on techniques.
