Went with my parents for lunch 2 weeks ago. I think the description of good country club food is right on target. Food was good, not adventerous, but solid. And their lobster bisque is absolutely delicious; maybe the best I've had. Room was very comfortable and service was attentive.

re: mschow
Agreed. I go back and try the Mill once a year, each time hoping for it to live up to it's long ago hype... It never quite makes it but usually isn't too much of a disappointment. As MGZ and mschow already said, "country club" quality is just about spot on. And yes, the lobster bisque is fantastic, one of the top five I've had in my life. I know people that don't even care for the rest of the menu but keep going back for the bisque.

I have been there...and recently! The food is great. They recently revamped their menu with some new items. Of course the weather was beautiful when I was there and the lake looked amazing. If you like them on Facebook they are offering 10% your entire check. I think it's this month only.

It's been commented on many times here. This is one relatively recent thread: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/717218.
What is more relevant is whether anyone has been there RECENTLY. (I haven't been in years, so my input would be worthless to you.)
