I live in Marlborough and am looking for a place to buy a whole, roasted lamb for a family gathering. I don't mind driving to get it, but don't know where to start looking...anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

You could try houde family farm http://houdefamilyfarm.com/index.htm in VT - they deliver locally to CSA customers and do have lamb and advertise cow/pork bulk pricing (half or whole animal) on the website. Deliveries are scheduled this week.

Houde doesn't sell it cooked, though, so once you get it you'd have to roast it yourself.

Sorry, mis-read the post. Thought it was for a whole lamb for roasting.
