I almost bought a bag at the farmers' market two weekends ago and then pupped out when I realized I had absolutely no clue how to cook them. I've only ever had (and loved them) in restaurant meals. Will have to do some googling. How do you like to eat them?

I read that nettles are good for gout relief.

Yes! This year I'm going to put some in vinegar for a little mineral boost throughout the year. And isn't it lovely picking? So serene and vibrant after a long winter.
