By and large, there are way more places to "eat" than to "dine" in Pueblo. An exception is (or at least was) Restaurant Fifteen Twenty-One at 123 N in Street. Owner/chef Duy Pham took big risk w/ a fine-dining restaurant in Pueblo (he went down from Denver to do so), The food is good and the prices reasonable.
