BBQ Pork Steak Potato Chips from Old Vienna

I read in a blog that these guys exist - but I haven't been able to find them.

Anyone know anything on the subject? Where I can get them near U City?

Definitely an "only in St. Louis" food. I do admit that I'd buy a bag if I saw one, though.

When I heard of them I knew I had to try them. I thought of going to the Fenton warehouse and getting a case - but what if they are yucky?

I am planning on going thru the Hanley/Delmar intersection today - a chip stop at Circle K is scheduled!!

Well the shop at Hanley/Delmar didn't have them but the one at Woodson/Page did.

As a BBQ person I am very glad that I tried them but I don't plan on buying another bag. I really prefer plain ripple chips. But they make a good avatar

My husband just happens to be the OV route guy for this area so here's a pretty inclusive list. They do taste just like bbq pork steaks. I find that it a bit disconcerting in a chip so I'm not fond of them but he says they are definitely selling well in areas. I much prefer the red hot riplets.

There's a little quick shop type of market at Manchester and Boyle in the Grove that carries the pork steak flavored chips.
