What do you think they serve at the Merrie Monarch Festival?

Watching the Merrie Monarch Festival on live stream on KFVE the last 3 days.
Just wondering if the food has changed other than the normal Hawaiian stuff over the years
with the vendors and restaurants? Last time I went was about 15 years ago...
