Suggestions for a great dinner in Culver City?

2 of us are heading out for dinner and drinks in Culver City tonight. Any type of food/price.

Also consider Father's Office for a great eatery disguised as a bar - obey the rules...

    2. If you include west Culver City, I'd hit up Waterloo & City. For something far more casual, A-Frame is across the street.

W & C is Euro/Cal gastropub in feel with great charcuterie, wine, beer and drinks. Chef Brendan Collins knows how to satisfy appetites. I'm hoping they've removed the weather protection from the patio area by now because that's where I'd choose to sit.

A-Frame is Roy Choi's interpretation of a picnic put together by chefs gone a little wild - I consider this a gastropub as well. Strong flavors, inventive combinations, brief but really good lists of beer, wine and drinks. Many have complained about the wait and the noise level inside - valid concerns, but the best seat is the outdoor bench seats near the fire pit so grab that if it's open.

IMHO it is. They've got a few that could be tweaked or worked on more. But in general, it's fun, interesting and not shy.
