I need some Sweetbreads? Where are they?

Veal, Lamb-it doesn't matter

    They are usually on the menu at Spring Hill. Lark too.

            Sweetbreads at Spur are very good. I had them prepared by Tamara Murphy once, amazing! So if Terra ever opens - try there!

      You can purchase sweetbreads at Don & Joe's at the market. Il Terrazo's are wonderful; The Book Bindery offers them along with one of the best Foie Gras appetizers I have ever experienced.

        Are you looking for a butcher that sells sweetbreads, or a restaurant that prepares them?

        My local standard for the latter is still Il Terrazzo Carmine, but I had a very good plate of sweetbreads at Cuoco a couple of weeks ago that has me reconsidering.
