Looking for $15-$35/person Italian in Downtown/River North w/ 2 weeks notice

I'm looking for a good Italian restaurant located close to the Red Line (ideally around the Grand stop) that has prices from $15 - $35 per person, excluding alcohol and tip. Casual / business casual dress is highly preferred.

Also, ideally the restaurant would have a great chicken Marsala or chicken Parmesan offering and a full bar.

Any solid recommendations that meet or come close to this criteria?

15 minute walk west of Grand Red line is La Scarola. It's a great old-school italian joint that is always packed, but call ahead. Worse comes to worst you can walk two doors down to Emmits' Pub or Richard's Bar for a drink or two while waiting.

It's a chain, but there's also Maggianos.
