Boba and Vietnamese

Which pearl drink, or boba, place is considered the best in the area?

Also, which Vietnamese place is the best with real Pho, Shaking Beef (Bo Luc Lac), and perhaps rice paper rolls?

    If you're looking for "adult" boba, Jasmine 26 does great infused vodka drinks.
    I don't eat meat, but my husband says he loves Quang's pho.
