Actual healthy vegetables in Williamsburg? Gluten Free?

I am trying to eat healthier with mostly veggies, a little less meat, and low on starch and carbs. Unfortunately I am also a bit limited with my Gluten Free needs as I have Celiac Disease (the bane of my 'foodie' existence-I hate it). I'm usually able to navigate regular menus and ask about sauces, breading, etc, and am not crazy super sensitive, thank goodness.

I've been trying to find a restaurant that serves healthy VEGGIES and GREENS! Surprisingly many of the vegetarian restaurants are woefully low on healthy fare and GF options....even a really good salad is surprisingly hard to find around here.

My favorite choices are Fabiane's cafe for salads, Lodge for Kale and Salmon or Chicken, Ella cafe for salad or the organic chicken, Carmine's II for the Arugula Salad or the Escarole and Beans or Rockin' Raw. Bliss is good too.

This sounds like a lot but I can only eat one or two dishes in each place, except for at Rockin' Raw. I am desperate for more options. Any suggestions? delivery is a plus!

Eat in Greenpoint (on Meserole St) focuses on seasonal/local veg cooking, and as far as I'm concerned it blows the couple of fake-meat heavy places in Wburg that I've tried out of the water. You should call ahead to make sure that there's a GF option, though, as the menu is small and changes daily.
