Need private room with fireplace in Manhattan for December anniversary dinner - 15-20 people

I need to find a place as mentioned above for our 3 year anniversary. Our anniversary is Dec. 26 which means it's smack in the middle of the holiday season. Ideally, any cuisine is fine as long as it's upscale and elegant and delicious - I am a foodie. I would also not like to spend more than $75 a person and no room fees. And I'd love a fireplace with holiday decorations. Any ideas? I'm Korean-American and my husband is Irish/English. I love French, Italian, all the Asian cuisines and pretty much everything - since we had Korean for our wedding, maybe something for the anniversary dinner? Elegance is key. Could be uptown or downtown. Any ideas?

I threw a birthday party with about 15-20 people last December at 5 Ninth in the private area upstairs. The food was good (may not meet your standards for a foodie) but the room itself was very cozy with a nice ambience (i think there was a fireplace).

I'm not sure it quite exactly fits your food requirements - it's more traditional steak/fish with a few italian items. But for ambiance, I would say do consider Moran's in Chelsea. They have beautiful rooms with fire places and the staff is just terrific. They also have a crystal collection that makes the old wood ambiance sparkle. It is decorated - elegant but tasteful - usually during the holiday season.
