I Can't Believe I'm Posting About A Commercial, But...
I absolutely love the new Miracle Whip Commercials. They feature testimonials from B list celebs. and "regular" people saying how they don't like, and would never eat / date/ reproduce/ with anyone who uses Miracle Whip. These commercials are genius! They caught my attention immediately because I really can't stand it either. Then it turns out it's an ad FOR the product, urging viewers to get a sample and try it for themselves. That ad agency deserves a round of applause.
How often do you see a commercial that makes you smile? I might even buy a jar, just as a show of support. Of course, I'd never use it - just sayn'

is anybody else digging the Heineken over-the-top Bollywood/chopsocky/Busby Berkeley ads?

The Miracle Whip commercial is a bit catchy, but Miracle Whip is disgusting. It's a mayo substitute for people too white trash to appreciate real mayo. No commercial could make me want to actually buy it.
The Kraft mac&cheese commercials annoy me, especially the one with the little girl talking about being an expert at pushing her food around her plate. The only reaction I get is that she is an ungrateful little [expletive deleted on account of she's a kid].
The 'Most Interesting Man in the World' commercials are good. I find them entertaining, and Dos Equis isn't bad as macrobrews go. I would absolutely love to have the kitchen that he has in the commercial with the pet bobcat/lynx/whatever-the-heck-kind-of-giant-cat-that-is one.

Miracle Whip is one of those thing my mom always had but I never do--don't know why she didn't like mayo but she rarely had it in the fridge.

My current favorite is The Entrance from Heineken. I don't drink beer, but this commercial brings me to the TV every time it's on.

Really cool! Here's one more I just saw tonight for the first time. You reminded me when you posted booze--the new one for JD Honey. Definitely grabs your attention! Or makes ya wanna put a good buzz on (HA HA HA HA, sorry, couldn't help myself)! :)

YES, love that bit about Steve!
I also dig the new Ortega commercial with the talking piñata ("C'mon, hit me, Marci!"), but I can't find a clip of it anywhere. Anyone? Anyone?
Oh, and though Hellmann's is my locally available mayo of choice--before I began "importing" Duke's (thanks, alkasis)--there is a special place in my heart for Miracle Whip and I do agree this is a clever commercial. "MIRACLE WHIP IS AMERICA!"

I was just commenting yesterday on how much I hated the Miracle Whip commercials. My dislike started with those hipster "we will not tone it down" ads a few months ago and culminated with the most recent ones- it's classic reverse psychology mixed with nods to internet dissing- "we'll insult ourselves first! And use flavour of the week celebs! People will think we're so edgy!" They're trying to create controversy where there is none- are flame wars really fought over mayo vs. MW? [especially when mayo is so obviously superior :) ] I respect the OP's opinion and think I may be in the minority in my views on this ad campaign; I'm just a cynical curmudgeon anyway
