BEST SWEET POTATO FRIES IN L.A.
Thought this needed it's own thread - the French Fry thread should be dedicated to regular tubers.
Anyway, my vote (over Father's Office - which are great, and 17street Cafe on Montana (yeah, they're good there too) - is for Josie's.

I note a lot of recommends for Father's Office, which I liked a lot, but preferred Josies.
Has anyone here actually tried them at both places? Is there any comparison? Or did you just go there, get them and love 'em?

Not for the sweet-potato purist, but the sweet potato fries with maple-chipotle glaze and crushed almonds at Tony's Darts Away in Burbank are pretty addictive. With a good California craft beer on tap (the only kind of beer they've got!), of course.
(The leftovers re-heat surprisingly well, too.)

FYI....the Ralph's brand frozen sweet potato fries are surprisingly good. Not greasy and full of sweet potato flavor, crinkle cut. They are made by McCain's in Canada. I like to dip them in a little Vermont Maple syrup with some red pepper flakes added.
Smashburger's are good too, if we ever get a Smashburger around here.

Popular vote goes to F.O.,
BUT the ones at Torafuku, with truffle oil, is my fave.
