re: monkey5953
You have to do Equatorial Guinea for a Spanish class??
Equatorial Guinea is a small place, so it's hard to find endemic recipes.
The "World Cookbook For Students" has a few possibilities: http://content.yudu.com/Library/A1he6...
(You may need to poke around a bit to figure out how to navigate in that site.... I did.)

http://www.worldtravelguide.net/equatorial-guinea/food-and-drink#ixzz1KpsF1Y00Check your local library for The World Cookbook for Students. The summary notes list Equatoral Guinea in the contents and says:
Each article includes foodstuffs (staples, meats, fish, dairy products, vegetables, fruits and seasonings), typical dishes, and styles of eating. Approximately 5 recipes are provided per country or group.Searching for recipes of Central Africa will give you more options:

I don't have any answers, but this is somehow one of the funniest subject lines I've ever seen. Only on Chowhound! ;)

re: Cakegirl
That is so incredibly harsh! Sorry to be so unhelpful, and giggling at the misfortune...it was just the combination of the request, and the fact that some poor kid actually received such an obtuse and seemingly impossible assignment for a school project! "We need you to physically demonstrate a Sysyphean task...no seriously, kid. You need to go push a boulder up a mountain. You'll have the semester, and your entire grade depends upon it..."
