Graduation Lunch and/or Brunch

angelar Apr 27, 2011 10:21 AM

My family will be coming down to SD for my graduation at the end of May. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for some good restaurant choices. Nothing too expensive, but still nice. I'm not looking for a dinner spot (it's a morning ceremony). I'm graduating from SDSU, but I don't mind taking my family towards downtown or the beaches. Any recommendations would be nice though!

Remember, he said somewhere "nice". And he's graduating college. Sure, the pizza may be great. But when I think of inviting out of town family to go to a "nice" lunch, for a college graduation, Bruno's wouldn't be anywhere near that list.

I think Beach Chick's recommendations above would be a much better choice.

It's going to be on a Saturday the weekend before (21st). I would prefer to stay within 10 maybe 20minutes of State. I know no one is going to want to go too far.
