Westchester Burger coming to Rye Brook

Saw a sign on the old Frank's Steaks that Westchester Burger Co is coming.

  1. 8 and 10 oz burgers... way too big! I think 4 oz is the perfect size for a burger. Comfortable to eat and taste all the flavors.

    1. should be interesting to see what happens as Elevation Burger is going in right across the street.

      1. Wrong thread.

What is the wrong thread? Elevation burger was absolutely slated to go in across the street from the shopping center that the old Frank's was in. The sign has been there for a month or 2.

        2. where is the old Franks? is it the same WB that is in WP?

          1. re: nancycakes

The old Franks is in the old Food Emporium shopping center on Ridge St in Rye Brook. (BTW it's now A&P Fresh)

          2. If this is the same Westchester Burger that is in White Plains, not sure why there is excitement. That place gets lousy write ups.

We were there and WB was good but not cheap. $18.00 for a Kobe Burger. My own barbeque makes more sense.

Or a nice $11 Burger & Fries at Rye Grill. Decent pub food.

Or a $12 Burger at Ruby's in Rye. Nice place.

Rye Brook needs a Five Guys Burger Palace! Drive past space today and can't tell whether its a sign for WB or Elevation...anyone stop by?

Will never set foot in Rye Grill again after the husband's jacket was stolen from bar w/ no more than 6 people in it on a very dead Sunday night. It's a long story but they did nothing about it and didn't care to even though other patrons that night were known to bartender . We have eaten there for years- it was very messed up. As I said, long story that if. Explained would get magically edited off this site. My point is, I'd welcome another place to go for that type of food.
