Bridal Shower, scenic Boston (lots of out of town guests)
Hey everyone,
I'm planning a bridal shower where a lot of the guests are coming from out of town so we want to pick somewhere that is scenic Boston and in a fun area for tourists to walk around and enjoy the city (Faneuil Hall, etc)...
We're expecting between 30-40 people for brunch/lunch so we'll need a private room at a restaurant or a hotel.
Trick is, we want to keep the price per head to $30 or less.
Any advice?
Thanks!!

Advice is that you are probably going to have to compromise on one or more of these conditions.

re: Bob Dobalina
Actually, Mistral -- one of the priciest places around -- will do a brunch buffet in the Salon Room for $40/head (before drinks, tax and tip), so it might be possible to find a place that'll do it in the OP's price range. I'd try calling one of the seaport-area hotels. Maybe even Sel de la Terre. Maybe the Marriott Long Wharf, where I wouldn't expect the food to be Mistral quality, but which otherwise might satisfy the OP's requirements.
