Tomatillos?
Need a rec for a store that sells decent Tomatillos in South Brooklyn. Been to the Key Foods, Associateds, C-Towns, and Union Markets in the area and either they aren't looking good or are insanely expensive. Any solid sources? Will travel for 'em.

I got fresh, cheap tomatillos (.99/lb) at Bravo supermarket. Three Guys in Bay Ridge doesn't have them usually--you need to go to Sunset Park to get good Mexican groceries.

If you're talking South Brooklyn in the 18th Century sense, then I know that Fairway has them. If you're talking south Brooklyn, as in the part of Brooklyn bisected by the Belt Parkway, then you should try Three Guys or any of the bodegas in Sunset Park.

I just got some about two weeks ago at the tiny grocery on the corner of Pacific and Court. I don't remember how much they were, but I don't think they were outrageous.
Brooklyn Fare also probably has them. Sorry, neither of these may qualify as South Brooklyn for you.
