Thanks Charlie...I think I'd like to order everything on that page! I wouldn't really call it an obsession though, more of an intrigue. It's probably the fact that they are just out of reach that makes me so interested.
There was a special at Sustain a week or so ago, "lamb belly" that was served over a bed of ramps. Not sure where they're getting them from but hopefully they'll appear on the menu when they're available.
