Looking for recommendation - Best Paella in San Diego Area

    Costa Brava in PB. You can get it Valenciana or Seafood, IIRC. Expect a 30-45 minute wait after you order.

      Med room at La Valencia used to have some pretty damn good Paella..

        I think they recently changed their chef, so not sure if this would be the same as you remember it

          They did change chefs and currently have a 2 Michelin-star chef consulting on a new menu (even though they just completely revamped the menu about 2-months ago). Petrale Sole, Whaling Bar Salad and Paella were all axed, as well as all table-side preparations of Ceasar Salad, Bananas Foster, et al. Time marches on.

            The beloved tableside Caesar salad...dumb to get rid of it in the Whaling Bar.

                New owners. They are also illuminating the big cupola with a blue light, hence new nick: The Lavendar Lady. ;D
