A tale of two lists

After great help from this board I compiled a list of restaurants for a friend who will be in Rome in October:

All'Orro
La Campana
Edy
Trattoria Monti
Armando al Pantheon
Le Main in Pasta
Antico Arco

(I, myself, plan on going to Edy, Campana and All'Orro in Septmenber)

My friend's concierge gave him the following list:
1)il san Lorenzo
2Clemente alla Maddalena
3) Hires
4)Paris
5)Le sorelle

Obviously, there is a lot of great food in Rome - At the very least I would want to steer my friend away from a 'clunker"
Anything to exclude from either list?

Thanks!!!!

It's spelled All'Oro. On list one, the ones I would go out of my way for are All'Oro and Antico Arco. The others I would go to under certain circumstances (logistical needs) but don't consider them gastronomic destinations.

On list two, I like Il Sanlorenzo (strictly seafood) and Paris. Don't know the others except that this is the second time in three days I've heard of a concierge recommending Clemente.

      Great - thanks!
I guess either Clemente has good food or there are a bunch of concierges getting some free meals :)
