Ground sumac

Could anyone tell me where I can find ground sumac in the Providence area? I asked about it at the Pita Market on Taunton Avenue in Seekonk, but they had run out of it. Thanks.

I saw some a few hours ago at the little convenience store at the corner of Mount Pleasant ave and Chalkstone in Providence. Cannot think of the name but it is bright yellow and red exterior. They even have a little parking lot.

There is also a Middle Eastern grocery on Mineral Spring in the area of Paulie Penta's deli. You could also try the Indian spice shop on Hope Street across from Not Just Snacks. I think it is called Not Just Spices.

    Good luck!

I've purchased ground sumac (probably 6 months ago now but I imagine they still have it) at Sonia's near east market on Park Ave in Cranston.
