Which tier at Kikunoi Honten?

Can anyone advise as to the difference in the four different levels of kaiseki meals at Kikunoi Honten?
Reading on the internet, it seems like the cheapest tier, at 15,750 yen, would more than suffice. But the concierge at our hotel, who is making the reservation, recommended one of the middle tiers--18,900 yen or 21,000 yen. Budget is a bit of an issue to us, and the $75 or so that we could save between the first and second tier could be better served on a different meal. But at the same time, this might be a once in a lifetime type of meal and we don't want to regret not doing it right.

Thank you.

Let break it down with some of the course from 18,000.yens to 25,000.yens. The menu (=11 dishes), the ingredients are identic but the selection change. The 18,000.-yens course (=kondate) will be fine.
The touches might be flower ornament,  porcelains, the kimonos, May (=satsuki) is considered as 'early summer season'...It is going to be your sweet quiet time, see and enjoy it.

So the food will be identical between, say the 18,000 JPY and 21,000 JPY will just be in presentation, not in food? What about at the 15,750 JPY level?

Even if the first price course is the same menu, in this matter, do you will choose the first price for steak ? I did not. Price differ on the species, natural, wild particular ingredients.
