Leftover cheese cubes from party - can I use in phyllo somehow?

I have tons of cheese cubes - cheddar, munster etc. leftover. I also have some frozen phyllo. Any recipes using both? Or great ideas for all that cheese! Thanks.

  1. This is the first thing I thought of for the cheese --

and here'e one I like very much for the phyllo

    1. Could you make cheese crisps? Usually these are made with grated cheese, but they might work with cubes. You could also dredge them in egg and flour, sear them in oil until the insides are gooey, then drain and serve over a green salad.

      1. What about ham and cheese phyllo cigars? Those could also be good melted in with some crab meat and old bay, then stuffing phyllo into cigars as well.

        1. This doesn't help with the phyllo, but how about fondue for the cheese? Or mac and cheese ...
