Generally available in the supermarket, that is.
I use Yeo Valley organic butter which is always available where I am.
The best I ever had was in New Zealand along with all their dairy products, but for as far as here in the U.S. for me it's Kerrys. Kinda pricy.
I don't know what's best overall, but the one I like most at the supermarket I frequent most is Keller's brand.

Lurpak - for sharper, saltier butter notesor Anchor- for mellow, creamy notes
