Birria de chivo (goat) tatemada in San Diego

I am looking for this particular style of birria where the meat is usually steamed/roasted (called tatemada in Spanish) and the drippings from the meat are used for consomme.

So far,I have only found the stewed version here in San Diego.

Does anyone know of a place where they serve the tatemada version?

      Haven't so far but you can find it readily available in Tijuana : )
