    1. Be there for first time Friday night! The cones looked goog. I don't think I would have thought of the empanada with cod brandande and honey. Going with a couple of hungry guys, so we should be able to order plenty!

will be there first time in 2.5 weeks - keep the info rolling in :)

Anyone try their sangria? Is it worth getting or no?

I haven't tried the sangria at the Vegas location but have been to the DC one a dozen times and the white sangria is very, very good even if you aren't normally a white wine person. As for dish recommendations, the jamon croquetas, the dates wrapped in bacon, and the wrinkled potatoes are all delicious.

Sangria 's very good..not watered down. Cod empanadas are yummy..and of course..the jabugo ham!

      2. I was just there last month. In addition to our lobster paella which was wonderful we also had:
        gambas al ajillo
carne asada con piquillos Julian de Lodosa
canelones tradicionales de cerdo y higado de pato con salsa bechamel
berenjenas con miel de cana al estilo Malagueno.

My wife, who doesn't like seafood, loved the paella and the shrimp (gambas). The garlic flavor of the shrimp was outstanding. Our overall favorite was the pork and fois gras canelones. I would consider that a must order. The eggplant (berenjenas) had a light sweetness to it that helped it function as an excellent dessert. I really liked the carne asada with peppers, but it was our least favorite of the four. That's not to say it wasn't good, even saying that it was still wonderful. Our best meal ever.
