Arthur Ave Butcher
I have actually never been up to Arthur Ave, but I thought it would be a good place to pick up some rabbits and lamb for our Easter dinner. Anyone care to recommend their favourite butcher? I'll probably also need a place to stop off and have a little lunch (and a little prosecco)! Thanks!

There are 3 butchers on Arthur Ave. and they are all good. Biancardi's, Vincent's and Peter's inside the Arthur Ave. Market. Lunch is also good at most places.

Second Biancardi meats. An Italian friend of mine, whose brother was a butcher for many years, only goes to Biancardi's!

We go to Biancardi's and think that they have the best veal we have ever had. One thing to keep in mind is that when you go to Biancardi's, you are not in a general scrum to get waited on. People have their own butchers and wait in front of their stations. Every time you go, you wait for your butcher to help you.
