Not really going to find many non-chains with a drive-through. If a place has curbside pickup, does that count? If so, out of the park came to mind:

By my personal definition (The burger must drip with blood and fat once bitten into), they can't have a great burger (because of the quarter pound patty; you need a good 1/3 or 1/2 lb for a great burger). But, theirs is satisfying.

Just like ediblover said, not many non-chains will have drive-throughs......why not call a restaurant you like and explain your situation and I am sure some will bring it out to your car perhaps.....obviously some will not be accomodating, but some will....

Agreed. If it's a smallish place, they might just accommodate you. I really liked the burger that I had at Souper Fry in Merrick - I was able to order it medium rare, which is hard to find nowadays.

Sonic has retro-drive in burgers with waitress service at the car. (Rollerblades). But there are non in NY, closest is over the river in NJ...

Applebee's will bring your order out to your car if you order ahead...

A Sonic opened up in Deer Park. Pretty bad review, though:

I think the reviewer got a little beyond reality... It's just a fast food burger joint. No worse than 5 Guys, and it has what the OP needs, service right to your car.
