...or other flatbread. Don't feel like driving out to Arz so downtown/midtown would be preferable. Where?

  1. Paramount foods opened near the Eaton Centre on Dundas. I know their northern location bakes pita bread several times a day, the downtown location might also do the same.

    2. Agreed about Paramount.. Other than their pita bread and baklava, they have nothing else that is any good

        Second that, the one time I tried the downtown location the hummus tasted like it had been made with rancid oil, and the shish tawouk was industrial in texture and flavour-free. A big disappointment. Their bread is decent though.

          I tried their "shawarma" meal at the original Mississauga location and it was worse than cafeteria food. So greasy it soaked right through the bag, bland, and pretty much exactly how you described it above. Their food is terrible except for the pitas and baklava
