Lunch place around Long Beach Convention Center

We are going to Long Beach Convention Center on Saturday to see the show. Could you please recommend the nice place to have lunch? No food preferences. Just good tasty food and value for the money.

On Pine Ave, which is walking distance from LB Convention Center:

George's Greek Cafe
Crepes place in the old Hooters.

Congregation Ale House, good burgers and selection of beer. On Broadway about 1/2 block east of Pine.

You don't mention food preferences or budget, but if an order at the counter place is okay, try Modica's Italian deli. Hot and cold sandwiches, pasta, and salads. Very close to the convention center and there is street parking.
