Good bar near Dosa on Fillmore?

I'm looking for a good bar for drinks after dinner at Dosa Fillmore. This is in case the party continues after closing. Any recommendations?

You could walk down the street to Yoshi's or 1300 Fillmore for ambience or Rasella's for great music.

Elite Cafe has a fantastic bar with great original cocktails - you may want to reserve one of the cocktail tables as the bar area is usually packed.

I really love Fat Angel, which is on O'Farrell at Fillmore. It's beer and wine only, but their selection is always interesting. Super cute atmosphere, genuinely great owners who are always behind the bar.

For cocktails, Dosa is the best in the area. If you don't mind walking a few blocks, Long Bar at Clay and Fillmore is probably your best bet for a different location. In the past year, it's been taken over by Reza Esmaili who is a well-known SF bartender. Even if he's not behind the bar (he usually isn't), the bartenders there usually know what they're doing.

I think Long Bar is closed right now for some remodeling.

I second Fat Angel on O'Farrell. Good wine and beer selection and its never too crazy (at least the times I have gone).
