Looking for a reunion location

I've been tasked with organizing a 25 year high school reunion. I'd like to find a place that is located either downtown or in North Austin, has the ability to offer a cash bar, the ability to order food or appetizers as needed, and doesn't require a big deposit or contract up front. Casual attire and a place that has plenty of parking. Any ideas?

I don't think it is going to be possible to find a place that will reserve you private space for that many people without either a room charge or a contract with a guaranteed minimum expenditure. Are you willing to do either of those?
