i just got some & the instructions on the back are minimal -- what freekeh preparations do you like best? any tips are welcome. thanks!

Preparing Farik (Freekeh) with coriander and then blending it with a little almond oil and a bit of cinnamon and cumin and stuffing the mixture into steamed banana peppers (yellow wax pepper) works as an appetizer.
