I am going to do a ham for Easter, but was wondering what is your fail safe ham recipe & do you do a different one for Easter... I was going to do my usual holiday ham where I boil a raw in ginger ale until done & then remove the rind, cross hash the fat, coat with a thick layer of dijon mustard then coat with demerera sugar & bake until nicely glazed. How'd you do yours???
