LOL! I have to say that her handwriting is better than mine and it can't be easy to write on a cake.

I'm a calligrapher and thought it would be easy to take that onto cake decorating. It took a lot of practice. I guess that's why Wilton sells the writing kit. LOL, "Under Neat" sounds like they wanted it slightly messy.
