Any suggestions for good clam chowder and seafood in pismo beach area?

I'm heading to pismo tomorrow, Thank for all your advice. Much appreciated!

      I haven't been in a while but two places come to mind:

      The Cracked Crab is a dedicated seafood eatery - never tried the clam chowder but I'm hoping the California board can chime in.

      Splash Cafe has the bread bowl-style. It's really rich so be warned.

        God, it's been so long but as a child I loved the chowder in the toasted bread bowls at Splash. I haven't a clue if it's the same now, but I agree with bulavinaka, it was quite rich.
