I'm no expert, but the most memorable I've had was the Cucumber Mojito at Duke's

I'm not much of a mojito drinker but friends who are like the mojitos at La Isla.

Just found out that La Casa Del Mojito changed its name to just "Mojito" -- not sure why or whether that means anything. The new website is http://www.mojito1.com/.

My wife would give an enthusiastic endorsement to Cactus.

also not a huge mojito drinker-more of a shots-type girl :P-but the shiso mojito (and the lychee martini!) at sushi kappo was DEE-LICIOUS :)

Thank you all for the quick replies. That's a really good assortment of choices & makes it all the more fun. We live in a smaller about 10 miles from the Mexican border & haven't ever tasted a Mojito. We're now looking forward to Seattle even more, & that's saying a lot.

                  Cheers!
