Where can we find a good Mojito in Seattle?

    I'm no expert, but the most memorable I've had was the Cucumber Mojito at Duke's

          Just found out that La Casa Del Mojito changed its name to just "Mojito" -- not sure why or whether that means anything. The new website is http://www.mojito1.com/.

              also not a huge mojito drinker-more of a shots-type girl :P-but the shiso mojito (and the lychee martini!) at sushi kappo was DEE-LICIOUS :)

                  Thank you all for the quick replies. That's a really good assortment of choices & makes it all the more fun. We live in a smaller about 10 miles from the Mexican border & haven't ever tasted a Mojito. We're now looking forward to Seattle even more, & that's saying a lot.
