Breakfast/brunch/lunch Easter Weekend - Downtown Vancouver

I'm going to be visiting Vancouver this weekend. Staying near Canada Place. Looking for Breakfast/brunch/lunch within walking distance. Any cuisine, would prefer low to moderate price range. Perhaps some tips as to when to go to avoid lineups.
