Li Yuen cooking school [North Hampton, NH]?
Anyone have experience with Li Yuen catering/cooking school? I'm specifically looking for classes in Chinese cooking, which she teaches. But I also have culinary training, so I don't want to be learning how to shred cabbage and fry spring rolls, either.
Experience or opinions would be great!
