Spanish restaurant/wine bar

Looking for a Spanish restaurant or wine bar other than Casa Mono/Bar Jamon. Some place where I can eat on my own at the bar. Wine list is more critical than food menu.

not the most extensive but txikito and el quinto pino have a decent wine program and their food is excellent...id go with txikito over el quinto pino for food though.

Second this. I always learn a lot about wine at Txikito because they focus so heavily on the Basque region.

It's hard to beat Casa Mono and Bar Jamon for having the most robust Spanish wine list in the country today. In terms of wines list, they can even go toe-to-toe with some of the regarded restaurants in Spain that I've been in.

A (very, very) distant second in NYC, imho, might be Boqueria, La Solera and La Fonda del Sol.
