Recommended Venues for Private lunch, 12-15 people, downtown Vancouver?

I'm looking for a venue to host a private business lunch for 12-15 people, in a central/downtown (i.e. easy to access) location. I'd love to find a place that's got top notch food (this is a very discerning foodie group), and could accomodate A/V equipment (we'd like to project a short presentation). I'd really love to find something more "special" than just a hotel meeting room with catered food.

Anyone know of any restaurants that might be able to handle my request?

Thanks for the suggestions - we ended up going with CinCin Ristorante. They have a private room that can accommodate 16 and provide A/V as well.

Hapa Umi, they still have the old private room of metro where you can use the projection screen, Hy's handles projections all the time and can do set menus at almost any price, if you are looking to do a little bit less expensive try Milestone's in yaletown?

Don Francesco on 860 Burrard Street near Robson at www.donfrancesco.ca may be a good one. Excellent Italian food and service. They have a room off the main dining room about four steps up that's fairly private that can accommodate up to about 30 people. I held my very successful milestone birthday party there. Considered slightly on the expensive side but worth it.

One thing I would have watched more carefully for my party is the amount of wine they poured. I should have set quantity limits on the all too obliging waiters.
